Maximum Room Occupancy Policy
\nThe maximum occupants for our rooms are 4 people (consisting of 2 adults and 2 children under 9 years old), unless an extra bed is booked for an additional charge. A maximum of 2 children under the age of 9 sleep free in existing room bedding. <\/p>\n
ID Requirement Policy
\nFor security purposes, valid government approved photo identification with address is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms for Indonesian Citizens include Driver\u2019s License and\/or Government Identity Card whereas Foreigners are required to present their Passport during Check-In. A copy for record will be made of the document at check-in.<\/p>\n
Early Arrival Policy
\nTo guarantee early arrivals before our check-in time, guests are advised to book their rooms a day before their scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, early check-in will be subject to room\u2019s availability on the date. <\/p>\n
Late Checkout Policy
\nLate checkouts are as follows:
\n12:00n to 3:00 PM: 30% of daily room rate
\n3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of daily room rate
\nAfter 6:00 PM: full day\u2019s room rate
\nLate check-out is not available during high-occupancy periods.<\/p>\n
Facility Use Policy
\nUse of recreational facilities, such as the pool, gym, and spa, is governed by minimum age requirements. As a general guideline, these facilities can only be used or requested by guests 17 years of age and above. Guests under that age must be accompanied by an adult guardian above the age of 18. Hotel is not liable to provide safety and security of any individual and it is considered that the user is medically and physically fit when utilizing any hotel facility. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.<\/p>\n
Smoking Policy
\nSmoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. All in-door public areas within the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking in non-smoking room is not permitted.
\nSmoking in our Non-smoking rooms will cause a penalty based on your room type\u2019s next day room rate and cleaning fee.<\/p>\n
Interconnecting Room Policy
\nAdjacent and interconnecting rooms are subject to availability and request should be placed at the time of reservation and can only be confirmed during check-in. Any and all specific requests in relation to allocation of rooms is subject to availability on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n
Extra Bed Policy
\nTo ensure the comfort of all our guests in our rooms, the maximum number of extra beds permitted in a room is one. An adult or child aged 9 and above is charged IDR 650.000 nett per night for an extra bed that also includes breakfast and additional amenities for one person.<\/p>\n
Cancellation Policy
\nAny cancellation or modification made 5 (five) days prior to your arrival date is free of charge. Otherwise, first night penalty will apply. Entire stay amount including taxes will be charged in case of non-arrival (No Show). <\/p>\n
Visitor Policy
\nPlease be considerate of other guests staying on your floor and keep the noise to a minimum. Do note that there are a maximum of two visitors allowed per room before 10.00 PM. The Hotel does not allow outside visitors who are not registered with the hotel as occupants to stay overnight. Guests meetings and entertainments are mainly directed to the Hotel\u2019s public area or restaurants. Photo ID proof and extra occupancy charges are mandatory for registering additional guests.<\/p>\n
Usage of Camera and Photography \/ Videography Equipment Policy
\nIn our commitment to respecting privacy, photo and videography of our guests and staffs are not allowed. The Hotel also does not allow professional cameras or drone camera usage. Any form of photography or videography intended for commercial purposes within the hotel is strictly prohibited, unless prior written copyright approval and agreement have been obtained from the authorized hotel representative.<\/p>\n
