Unless otherwise specified in standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by the hotel. A deposit is required upon check-in.

The maximum occupants for our rooms are 4 people (consisting of 2 adults and 2 children under 9 years old), unless an extra bed is booked for an additional charge. A maximum of 2 children under the age of 9 sleep free in existing room bedding.

To guarantee early arrivals before our check-in time, guests are advised to book their rooms a day before their scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, early check-in will be subject to room’s availability on the date.

Late checkouts are as follows: 12:00n to 3:00 PM: 30% of daily room rate 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of daily room rate After 6:00 PM: full day’s room rate Late check-out is not available during high-occupancy periods.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking in non-smoking room is not permitted. Smoking in our Non-smoking rooms will cause a penalty based on your room type’s next day room rate and cleaning fee.

Adjacent and interconnecting rooms are subject to availability and request should be placed at the time of reservation and can only be confirmed during check-in. Any and all specific requests in relation to allocation of rooms is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests in our rooms, the maximum number of extra beds permitted in a room is one. The extra bed charge includes breakfast and additional amenities for one person.

The penalty for any cancellation or modification made is based on the rate or package entitlement.

Pets are prohibited top enter the property and building.

The hotel offers on-site parking for all in-house-guests at no extra charge.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available to all guests throughout the hotel.

Transportation services are available for an additional fee.

The hotel provides a variety of specialized laundry services, with options that may differ based on individual needs.

We have a doctor on call for emergencies. Please contact the front desk, and they will arrange for a doctor if needed.
